I’m going to write these based on how they will impact angel fire:
Bring nationwide $$ into Angel Fire.
Thankfully, modern technology allows us to find customers nationwide. No big investors, developers, infrastructure, or “big-cityfication”. This can result in more stable employment, tax revenue for the Village, and reduce costs of our products for locals.
Create a high quality workforce magnet that attracts the best and most driven skilled trades & blue collar workers to Angel Fire.
By helping and contributing to the up-and-coming skilled trades generation, we can not only make a long lasting impact all over the country, but we can build a network of the most driven workers in the nation that are the most likely to come to Angel Fire and bring their high value skills with them.
*If you know young skilled tradesmen or someone who will be new to the job market in the coming year, you will want to pay close attention over the coming months.
Make building steel decks cheaper, faster, and require almost no skill.
This is the juciest one. This will increase how quickly Angel Fire can increase property values of existing homes for less money, as well as builds resistance to forest fires.
Establish Double Black Design as a year-round employer.
Meaning our employees sub-contractors will have more predictable, year round work. This will also allow customers to feel more comfortable spending money in Angel Fire if they know their project won’t be completely on ice in the winter.
help other tradesmen and service businesses grow.
By focusing, we aren’t fighting for the same customers and business as other trades & service businesses in Angel Fire. But by bringing in more and better customers, other companies can sell their product and service without competing. In fact, by allowing others to focus, they can offer more unique products & services, allowing them to charge better prices and deliver higher quality than ever before.
Overall, these changes may take a decade to fully realize. But Double Black Design is here to stay for the long run.
