The Cedars Condos had old, rotting, unsafe decks.

All of their decks were cantilevered, meaning there was no external support (see before picture).

We remodeled with steel decks supported by steel columns.

Notice we set the steel columns back away from the outside corners so people can enjoy the view while standing on the edge of their decks.
